Learning difficulties are defined as a group of disorders that involve many difficulties in acquiring, dealing and using, whether in listening, speaking, reading, writing, or mathematical abilities, knowing that these disorders vary from one individual to another, occurring due to a functional impairment.
In the central nervous system, it is worth noting that it may occur in conjunction with other disabilities, such as intellectual impairment, or social and emotional disturbance, but it is not a direct result of these conditions or influences.* An individual educational plan must be prepared for each student with learning difficulties based on strengths and academic and non-academic needs, taking into account the defect in developmental skills, if any, and providing a guardian.Through this application, an individual educational plan for people with learning disabilities and an individual educational plan has been provided.
